If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you facilitate a smooth exchange or refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unopened Fix-A-Floor adhesive or repair kits in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all components are included.
- 3.Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
